Proud CEDIA Members:
As part of our on-going educational development for our staff, LUXAVO recently announced its new membership of the internationally renowned CEDIA organisation. CEDIA is the international trade organisation for the home technology industry with nearly 3,700 member companies worldwide. Built upon a strong volunteer foundation, CEDIA provides access to industry-leading education, certification, research and raises consumer awareness.
Our team are very much looking forward to attending the CEDIA Outreach Instructors Course at the AWE Training Facility in Epsom, Surrey. In turn they will then be delivering CPD training to architects, engineers and building design teams. Allowing designers to then fully appreciate the benefits of delivering home automation, systems integration and structured wiring to their clients. The aims of the course are: to ensure homes are connected correctly internally and externally to electronic and data services, for the foreseeable future. To provide an understanding of the basic techniques and common terminology used within Custom Installation, and also explore the opportunities in home and business electronic design to ensure architects, designers, specifiers and developers know who to contact when they need help in a particular area.
Delivering CPD Training to Architects and Design Teams:
We look forward to delivering our CPD presentation schedule in the coming weeks. If you, or any member of your team, are interested in attending our hour long CPD training course entitled: “Designing Integrated Future Ready Homes” accredited with Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland, Royal Institute of British Architects, British Institute of Interior Design and South African Institute Of Architects, then why not contact us today at info@luxavo
