CyberHomes installed a Lutron HomeWorks QS lighting control system with over 130 circuits and integrated it into the Control4 interface. The blinds are controlled via dedicated engraved buttons on the Lutron wallplates.

A Texecom intruder alarm and fire detection system are integrated into the Control4 system, while 11 VisualInt CCTV cameras cover the entire perimeter of the property and footage is constantly recorded on an NVR. When motion is detected, the homeowner receives an email with a snapshot image. The project won Finalist honors in the 2018 CEDIA Awards (Integrated Home, Level IV, EMEA).
